Immerse yourself in the timeless sound of Bon Jovi as I bring my own unique flair to this iconic track. Bon Jovi broke out the talkbox for this new single and it could almost be 1986 all over again. Like the 1986 classic Livin' On A Prayer, the riff from Living Proof is powered by the talkbox, which has been used to greatly affect songs like Aerosmith's Sweet Emotion and Peter Frampton's Show Me The Way and Do You Feel Like I Do.

Bon Jovi has two tracks that use the talkbox and both have the word 'Living' in the title, Living Proof and Living on a Prayer.

I used my Jerry Cantrell Les Paul Signature guitar. It has a Dimarzio Distortion pickup in the bridge to give me that great classic rock sound. My guitar parts were played through my Eleven Rack which was recorded, mixed, and arranged through Logic. The video was edited with Final Cut Pro.

I use Ernie Ball Strings as I aspire for excellence much like my musical idols, including Paul Stanley, Jimmy Page, Billie Joe Armstrong, Angus Young, Joe Bonamassa, and Paul McCartney.
