One of the best Van Halen songs "Unchained" had a unique part right after the solo where David Lee Roth is having a casual conversation and says "One break, coming up!". Record producer Ted Templeton recalls how David Lee Roth was talking to him and they caught it on tape and decided to keep it in the final recording of the song.
