Wario and Waluigi are discussing how to pay off their hospital bills in the shack they're currently living in, but something strange happens during the conversation that might flip their situation upside down! However, during all of this Professor T. Ode found a chaos emerald in his lab and Mario has something going on with him as well that might require a trip to the emergency room...
