2026 Spring Break HIV/STD Outbreak

There are increasing concerns surrounding a 2026 spring break STD and HIV outbreak, especially in places like Houston. What many see as just another headline is actually a deeper warning—both physically and spiritually.

Many young people believe that because they are young, nothing will happen to them. They think consequences are far away, or that they can live however they want now and deal with it later. But the truth is—being young does not exempt you from consequences. What you do today can affect your life tomorrow.

The Bible already makes this clear:

Galatians 6:7 (KJV)

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

You don’t escape the harvest just because you’re young. If you sow recklessness, lust, and sin—you will reap the results. It may not come instantly, but it will come.

Ecclesiastes 11:9 (KJV)

Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth… but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment.

This is the part many ignore. Youth is not a shield. It is not protection from consequences. It is simply a period where many make decisions that shape their future—for better or for worse.

What’s happening now is not random. It is the result of a culture that promotes sin as freedom. Casual relationships, lust, and living without boundaries are normalized. But behind the scenes, destruction is growing.

And while people celebrate and indulge, Satan is laughing—because he knows many are walking straight into traps that will damage their bodies, their minds, and their souls.

1 Peter 5:8 (KJV)

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.

The enemy doesn’t come with obvious danger. He comes disguised as fun, pleasure, and “living your best life.” But the end result is pain, regret, and consequences that cannot always be reversed.

Romans 6:23 (KJV)

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Sin always pays—but the payment is never worth it. Whether it’s disease, heartbreak, spiritual emptiness, or worse, the cost is real.

1 Corinthians 6:18 (KJV)

Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

Notice this—this is one of the few sins specifically said to affect your own body. What we are seeing today reflects that truth more than ever.

Many people think: “It won’t happen to me.”

But thousands thought the same thing—until it did.

Proverbs 14:12 (KJV)

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

This is not about fear—it’s about truth. God warns because He cares. He doesn’t want people to destroy themselves chasing temporary pleasure.

You still have a choice.

You can step away from what’s harming you.

You can choose discipline over destruction.

You can choose God over the world.

Because in the end, everyone reaps what they sow.

🙏 Stay aware. Stay disciplined. Stay with God
