Many people think tarot cards are harmless entertainment, but the Bible warns clearly against divination, witchcraft, sorcery, and seeking spiritual guidance outside of God. Tarot cards open doors to deception, confusion, fear, and demonic influence. The enemy disguises darkness as “spiritual enlightenment,” but God calls His people to walk in truth, holiness, and obedience through Jesus Christ alone.
Stop using tarot cards before it destroys your peace, relationship with God, and spiritual discernment. Many people become addicted to readings, psychics, zodiac signs, crystals, and new age practices instead of praying to God and reading the Bible. These practices are not from the Holy Spirit. They are spiritual counterfeits designed to pull people away from Jesus Christ.
The Bible says in Deuteronomy 18:10-12 (KJV):
“There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD...”
Galatians 5:19-21 (KJV) warns us about the works of the flesh including witchcraft:
“...Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance... they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.”
Leviticus 19:31 (KJV):
“Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.”
2 Corinthians 11:14 (KJV):
“And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”
Acts 19:19 (KJV):
“Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men...”
God does not want His people seeking hidden knowledge from tarot cards, psychics, or spiritual mediums. He wants you to seek Him through prayer, fasting, repentance, and His Word. Jesus Christ is the only way, truth, and life. True peace and guidance come from the Holy Spirit, not from cards or occult practices.
If you have tarot cards, repent, pray to God, and remove those items from your house. Fill your mind with scripture instead of deception. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus Christ came to give life more abundantly.
