In August 1973, the skeletal remains of a young man were uncovered in Houston, Texas, inside a rented boat shed. He was among the many victims of Dean Corll, infamously known as “The Candy Man.” Though Corll's reign of terror ended that year with his death, one haunting mystery remains—one victim has never been identified.
