Still on the Run: The Hunt for Robert Allen Carter

It’s been over a decade since Robert Allen Carter vanished from North Carolina — and deputies say they’re still looking.

Carter, now in his late 60s, is wanted in connection with an ongoing criminal investigation from 2012. He’s described as 5’5”, 180 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. Last known to have ties to Goldsboro, Greenville, and Trent Woods, Carter may also have connections in California.
