"The Case of the Greystone Inscription" is the 16th episode of season one of the 1954–1955 TV series Sherlock Holmes. The episode is about Millicent Channing, who seeks Holmes' help to find her missing fiancé. Millicent tells Holmes that her fiancé John has recently become absorbed in his historical study, believing he has made an important discovery. John told Millicent that he visited Sir Greystone at his castle, but her fiancé never returned and Sir Greystone denies ever seeing him.
