Just days before the 1995 Quebec referendum on the sovereignty of Quebec Canadians from every corner of the nation assembled in Montreal to express their support for a strong and united Canada.

I covered the day as a camera-operator. This is a rough-cut - 30 minutes cut down from 3 hours of raw footage - of the afternoon's event including many familiar faces, the giant Canadian flag, commentary by many Canadians, and segments of political addresses, all meant to convey the atmosphere of one of Canada's most proud days.
