Interviewer and cinematographer Kirk Bennett interviews ecologist Genevieve Lussier about the movement to save Fairview Forest in Pointe Claire, Quebec, from a massive development by Fairview Cadillac that would see all but five or so acres out of fifty clear-cut for high-rise towers and a city within a city.

The forest is mature growth over 150 years old and it is suspected that more than one specie of flora and fauna in the forest are threatened or "likely to be classified threatened or vulnerable such as the brown snake and shagbark species of animal and tree.
