This weekend in Detroit is The Anime and Cosplay Convention in Detroit. They call it Youmacon. The festivals creation was inspired by other conventions including Anime Central and Ohayocon, with the convention's name coming from the Japanese word for demon or ghost. It is the largest anime/gaming convention in Michigan.

The Riverwalk was teaming with scores of young people and families dressed up in costumes for this event. At 60 years old I can tell you that I know nothing about anime or this convention.

What I can tell you is this. It is wonderful to see so many young people being creative and happy. After what this world has been going through to see young people just happy again is a sight for sore eyes.

Join me as I ride and rant through the majestic city that built America with a daily Vlogging show about Detroit and its beautiful iconography.

Detroit has been voted the best Riverwalk two years in a row. And now has been voted by Time Magazine as one of the greatest destinations in the world. Join me for the #1 Pedelec show in Detroit as I ride and rant through the city of phoenixes.
