AI Overviews was rolled out by Google in April 2024. It was hot on the heels of Google's SGE Failure. However, as it turns out, Google's dream of worldwide domination with its AI may have to wait a while as incorrect answers and it not being up to the mark for users have meant that the company has had to roll back its AI Overviews from an initial 84% keywords to just 15%.
