Diaz was ready to give up the fight but his little brother encouraged him to show his strength. His friend Mirage then gave Diaz a suit to help in the battle. When the villain Scourge taunted Diaz about fighting alone, Optimus Prime arrived to assure that Diaz was not alone in the fight.
