*Appliances and necessary hand-held tools:

Oven or Air-frying oven

Wire rack

Pot holders

Muffin Tin

Liners (optional)

Measuring cups and spoons

Whisk

Stirring spoon

Scraping spatula

Large mixing bowl

Medium bowl

Nitrile Gloves (optional)

*Pre-preparation:

-Before starting to bake, it's essential to get organized.

Begin by cleaning your kitchen and gathering all necessary handheld tools.

-Check to ensure you have all the ingredients you need, and wash your hands.

-Note: Nitrile is best if wearing gloves, especially if you are allergic to Latex.

Durability and grip are essential in food service preparation; they are nonirritating, non-toxic, tight-fitting, and punctureresistant.

-If using a muffin tin, grease it with butter or use liners.

Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mediumsized bowl.

-Measure the sucralose, white sugar, milk, and vanilla.

-Whip the butter and lard together and beat the egg.

-Mix 6 ounces of canned milk with 6 ounces of cool water

-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (or 350 degrees Fahrenheit if using a small mini oven) and begin baking.

-Remember to leave the kitchen spotless when you're done, as tidiness is just as important as the delicious flavors in the food you serve.

*Here is the Ingredients:

-1/4 cup of soft butter

-1/4 cup of soft lard

-1/4 cup of sucralose

-1/4 cup of white granulated sugar

1 large egg, beaten

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

-1-1/4 cups of milk

1-3/4 cups + 2 tablespoons of allpurpose flour

-1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt

3 teaspoons of baking powder

-1/2 cup coarsely crushed, mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans, or nuts of your choice)

-1/2 cup of chocolate chips

*Garnish Ideas: fresh fruit, powdered sugar, and ice cream.

*Here's the recipe instructions:

1. Get a whisk and combine and cream the fats and sugars until they are light and fluffy.

2. Scrape the sides of the bowl and add the beaten eggs.

3. Stir with the whisk until the mixture becomes light lemon yellow.

4. Then stir in the vanilla.

5. Add 1/3 of the milk and 1/3 of the flour to the batter. Use a stirring spoon to combine them and scrape the sides of the bowl between each addition. Repeat this process until all the milk and flour have been added to the batter, ending with the flour to make the batter creamy and smooth.

6. Sift the last 1/3 flour into the batter and stir until just dampened. This will keep the batter light and prevent any lumps.

7. Add the nuts and fold them into the batter, then add the chocolate chips and fold them in.

8. Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

9. Bake the muffins at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes, checking at 20 minutes. Note: If using a mini oven (Air Frying Oven), bake them for 12 minutes and 30 seconds more if they're not brown enough.

10. Once done, remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tins for 10 minutes, then turn them over onto a wire rack and let them finish cooling. Note: If you'd like, you can garnish the muffins with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, or both, and your favorite ice cream.
