Greg Biffle's Cessna 550 crashed while taking off from the Statesville Regional Airport around 10:15 am on Thursday December 18th, 2025. There are fatalities in the plane crash, it is official just past the 2 oclock hour that retired Nascar driver Greg Biffle and his family were aboard the aircraft and lost their lives in the accident.
