PPI Motorsports is a former professional race team who competed in NASCAR, Indycar and several different off road racing circuits. Competing from 1983-2006, between all the different series. Some of the drivers who competed for the team were Ivan Stewart, Steve and Ron Millen, Robby Gordon, Ricky Craven, Scott Pruett, Bobby Hamilton Jr and Travis Kvapil among others.

Cal Wells founded PPI Motorsports, with help from Toyota in 1983 in off road racing. After a very successful run in that, Wells added a CART team to the fold in 1995. Finding victory lane once with Christiano De Matta in 2000. Before opening a Nascar operation in 2000, later that same season Wells would shutdown both his off road racing and CART operations to focus solely on NASCAR. Throughout the 7 seasons they would run in the NASCAR Cup Series, the team would find victory lane twice.
