Frank Cicci Racing is a former Nascar Cup Series, Xfinity Series and modified team that competed from 1979-2007. Several notable drivers spent time behind the wheel of one of the team's racecars, including Jimmy Spencer, Todd Bodine, Mike McLaughlin, David Green, Randy Lajoie and Geoff Bodine. Cicci hired Spencer to serve as the team's driver for their first few seasons in Nascar as well as running in the Nascar National Modified tour. Dominating in Modifieds, winning back to back championships in 1986 and '87.

Spencer also won the team's first few races before parting ways with Cicci in 1989. By 1991 Todd Bodine joined the team and also found success. Another driver who spent 1994-1999 driving the team's flagship #34 was Mike McLaughlin. Jeffrey and Scott Welliver merged into the management of the team starting in 1991. Expanding up to a 3 car operation until the end of the 2001 season, before going back to just a one car operation. This team never won the Xfinity Series championship, though they came close with Todd Bodine in 1997, finishing 2nd. By 2007 Frank Cicci Racing had made their final few Xfinity Series starts, before shutting down.
