Michael Annett was a former Nascar Cup Series, Xfinity Series, Craftsman Truck Series and ARCA Series driver who competrd from 2007-2021. Annett spent time driving for some notable teams throughout his career such as Bill Davis Racing, Germain Racing, Rusty Wallace Racing, Richard Petty Motorsports, Tommy Baldwin Racing and JR Motorsports. Making starts in all 3 of NASCAR'S top touring series. Finding the most success at JR Motorsports the last 4 seasons of his career.

Sadly a fractured Femur kept him out of the racecar for 7 taces throughout that final season.

To the shock of the Nascar world Michael Annett passed away on December 5, 2025. To hear all of his friends and owners and teammates put it, we all will miss you dearly Michael may you rest in peace.
