Why does my turntable cartridge send this noise through the speakers?

I have 2 friends with the same mixer/turntable setup and neither of theirs sends this noise through the speakers.

I have tried this test with multiple different sets of turntables, multiple cartridges and multiple amplifiers. Any set up at my house does this.

Could it be the wiring in my house? Like an open ground or something?
