Throughout my life, I have turned to music, art, photography, writing and other creative outlets during difficult times. Creativity does not erase the struggle, but it can give that struggle a voice, direction and purpose.
That same belief is at the heart of VetACon—Veterans Creative Arts. Our mission is to help veterans discover creative paths, connect with others and transform their experiences into something meaningful.
We would rather hear your success than ever read your obituary. We will never leave a veteran behind.
If you are carrying something heavy, pick up an instrument, a pencil, a paintbrush, a camera or a notebook. You do not have to create something perfect. Just begin—and make something out of it.
