This is my longest flight and my first time flying to three airports. I split the video into two parts. Part 1 of 2 covers the first 150 km (93 mi) of the flight from Kamloops to Armstrong. It took me over some hostile and intimidating terrain, which has its own natural beauty—lakes, hills, and eventually spectacular aerial views of the city of Vernon, BC. From there, I continued to Silver Star, the ski resort, and finished with a flight over the small town of Armstrong.
The meadows and farm fields around Armstrong were a big change from the terrain I usually face in Kamloops. It was an incredible flight. Don’t forget to watch the second part too!
