The forecast promised an easy, beautiful flight. I had ridden that road on my motorcycle days earlier and was struck by the shifting colors, hoping to see the same from the sky. But forecasts and reality often live in different worlds. The flight turned harsh, with sudden heavy turbulence demanding full focus.
