Uh, well, and, and, and, even going back though, uh, we- we've had a super wet summer here. Like, it- it's like I- I've got a Jeep. I've been wanting to take my top and doors off for a while, and I, I just can't. Every time I look at the weather app, it's like 10 days in the forecast. But, um, that Yeah, that Just the There's nowhere for any water to go.

I grew up on Lake Travis, uh- Right. is just outside of Austin here, and Lake Travis is not a constant level lake. It's, it's That lake was designed to either catch overflow from, you know, the lakes up north, Buchanan and Inks, or to fill the lakes south. So, uh, we, we had property out there that flooded quite a few times, uh, you know, middle school through high school, whenever I was out there. And I mean, we had to evacuate. It never flooded our house, but, you know, they had to shut off power. We had to take You know, no cars allowed on the, on the property, things like that. Like, we had to, to clear and go find somewhere to stay. Yeah. Uh, so, I mean, th- it's not new to me.
