if we can realize that it's not our fault that we are who we are and we've made certain mistakes and we find certain things difficult, all that was dictated to us by our past experiences. So the reason we have whatever struggle or every challenge we've got is because of the genetics we're born with, the people we connected with along our journey to here, and just the environment that we were exposed to. And there was nothing there that we could have avoided. You know, we didn't get to choose the genetics we were given. We didn't get to choose our parents. And although it may feel like we got to choose our friends, we didn't really, like... One friend introduced us to another and one experience brought us to someone. And we didn't choose to be in those situations. We just happened to meet these people. And depending on our personalities and theirs, whether we got along or not, whether we kept in contact or not, all these things were dictated for us. So we're not to blame for any of our traits. And if we can forgive ourselves like that, if we can recognize that Everything that we have or don't have isn't our fault. It's just the natural result of life. then it's a lot easier to look at it and be like, you know what? I've got this challenge, but it's not my fault. And so I forgive myself for that. And now I'm going to address it. You know, I've got this challenge. Other people have had this challenge. Other people have got over this challenge. And I'm going to find out how I can get over this challenge. So once we've forgiven ourselves, we can then remove that baggage and have more energy to then address this issue.
